The5ers Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the the5ers platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the the5ers platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the services provided by the5ers.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the5ers as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered your acceptance of the changes.
The the5ers platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. the5ers reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account if verification cannot be completed.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account only on the the5ers platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, active phone number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being terminated and any existing balance frozen pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. the5ers will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport. This process is a protective measure to ensure the security of your funds.
3. User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
Users of the the5ers platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's system functions
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games
- Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or game results
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through unauthorised means, such as opening multiple accounts
- Filing fraudulent claims against legitimate transactions
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and legal action where necessary. the5ers reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through illegitimate means.
4. Payments, Transactions and Currency
All transactions on the the5ers platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) as the official currency. No foreign currency conversion is required. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved local payment methods, including TNG e-Wallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and major local banks.
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account within the stated timeframe depending on the chosen payment method. the5ers is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank technical failures, or network issues beyond our control.
Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe after a request is submitted, subject to completed identity verification. the5ers reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits as a compliance measure. For any transaction disputes, users must contact customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Any bonus or promotional credit credited to your account is subject to the specified rollover (turnover) requirements. Withdrawals made before the rollover conditions are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance. The specific terms for each promotion are stated on the Promotions.
5. Liability Limits and Account Policy
The5ers bears no liability for any losses incurred by users as a result of betting outcomes, game results, or gambling-related activities. Users acknowledge that sports betting and casino gaming carry financial risk, and that all decisions are made freely and at the user's own responsibility.
We are also not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service disruptions, system failures, or unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
The5ers reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:
- The user is in breach of any provision under these Terms and Conditions
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or financial fraud
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions
- Account closure requested by the relevant authorities
- User is found to be under 18 years of age
For accounts suspended due to a violation, the account balance may be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. the5ers will notify the user via their registered contact channel once a decision has been reached.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the the5ers platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and game materials — is the property of the5ers or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of the platform's intellectual property may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links and Services
The the5ers platform may display links to or integrate with third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. the5ers is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Changes to Terms
The5ers reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
